Children Born During Pandemic Score Lower on Cognitive Tests, Study Finds
A study of 672 children from Rhode Island that has run since 2011, showed children born after the start of the pandemic had an average IQ score of 78 — a drop of 22 points from the average of previous cohorts. Source
Was this Caused by Pregnant Women Wearing Masks?
I could not find any studies of the impacts of wearing a mask while pregnant during Covid. But what I was able to find were studies that were carried out women who work in industrial jobs in the years prior to Covid and must wear masks e.g. women who work in auto body shops spray painting vehicles.
Ethically, the researchers limited the length of time the masks were worn during the studies. Does anyone recall the authorities issuing warnings to pregnant mothers during Covid telling them to remove their masks frequently so as not to starve their foetuses of oxygen?
When little Johnny starts school in the next year or so, and is identified as an imbecile, his mother need look no further than the mirror to find the culprit.
A person wearing any kind of mask faces breathing resistance as air filters through the device, making the wearer work harder to inhale than he would without the mask.
This can have several adverse physiological effects when the mask is worn for long periods of time. Moreover, carbon dioxide that is exhaled can get trapped in the chamber of the mask the re-enter the body each time the mask user inhales. This delivers less oxygen into the body than when the person is not wearing a mask.
“It can lead to oxygen shortage, suffocation, respiration trouble, and heart attacks,” said Dr D Saha, scientist and additional director at the Central Pollution Control Board. Source
Our results suggest that pregnant women may experience more fatigue and require more rest breaks from mask use. Scheduled work breaks should be considered for pregnant healthcare workers working in high risk areas which require prolonged use of N95 respirators. Source
Because pregnancy can alter your lung function, women who are pregnant may have a harder time breathing to begin with. For that reason, it’s important to check in with your healthcare provider before using a particulate respirator. Source
One thing is that depriving the fetus of oxygen will physically prevent the little critter's brain from properly developing, and other organs probably too. The other thing is that if by some miracle that doesn't happen, being raised by a stupid-as-fuck mother who inhibits her oxygen intake during pregnancy will sure as hell do the trick once the thing is born. Not to mention that genetics will play a role too - the mother is certifiable, and the father is probably not too bright either, having conceived a child with such a dumbo.
Here's what's truly mind-boggling. I don't expect people in general to be able to formulate thoughts about the nature of being, philosophical concepts, abstract ideas, etc. The present civilization doesn't promote that kind of thinking; it promotes the consumption of various forms of cheap meaningless shit. But it stands to reason that people are relatively well educated, compared to the past, and should have relatively sound knowledge of the various sciences. That, in turn, should have allowed them to put 2+2 together and understand rather quickly what sort of horseshit they were fed with respirators, social distancing, and all the other shit.
Guess not.
What does is say about our society where we expect or allow pregnant mothers to work at all let alone spray painting vehicles with toxic chemicals?
That shit is so fucked up!
Burn it to the ground already and start from scratch.
