So why did he make this speech? He made it to make the barnyard animals believe that the Deep State runs the show and ensure nobody becomes aware of who really runs the show.
Similarly PBS ran this trash for exactly the same reason.

Interesting topic Fast. I truly believe there's a Deep State that is running America. The reason I say that is because of one thing and one thing only, and that's "Money". When you look at all the US Federal Gov't agencies such as the NSA, CIA, FBI, FISA etc they all one thing in common. They all rely on the Defense Contractors and defense contractors rely on their yearly $1 trillion budget that only gets bigger.
Now i'm not suggesting that their aren't other players above that such as the UN, WEF, The IMF or the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). All these players have their hands in the pot wanting control, power and wealth but in the US there's no doubt in my mind that the Deep State has been pulling the strings for at least the last eight years which was blatantly obvious.
