Round up 100 barnyard and circus animals which shouldn’t be difficult given nearly 100% of all humans qualify. Just go to the mall and randomly choose 100 people - you can’t go wrong.
Ask each of them the the following:
Q1. Do you believe that oil is a finite resource and that it will eventually run out?
A1. 99.9% of them will say yes and .1% will insist that oil is abiotic and replenishes. The .1% are the truly RE-tarded and you should consider bringing them to a vet to be put down and feeding their carcasses to the pigs.
Q2. Are you concerned about oil running out?
A2. They will tell you that oil won’t peak, let alone run out for another 30 years (which is what bbccnn told them). They will hold this position even if you show them that oil peaked in 2018. They will then inform you that long before that moment arrives, we will have transitioned to renewable energy, fusion, and/or my all-time favourite flammable ice.
It will not occur to these fucking fools (many who are in possession of the very high IQs which are required to perform complex tasks at their places of employment just as circus animals do shit none of us could ever do) that roughly one third of oil is not burned rather it is used to manufacture a wide range of civilization-critical products including fertilizers and pesticides.
These imbeciles would never think to ask ‘but how will we power aircraft with renewables, and heavy equipment and what happens when the sun is not shining and the wind is not blowing?’
Not in a million years would they make any effort to understand that low cost energy is necessary otherwise entire industries collapse and that if you attempt to store so-called renewable energy using batteries, the cost of electricity would sky-rocket. This does not occur to them even when they see their mounting power bills. Of course they blame that on the fake Ukraine War because bbccnn said so.
This is the very essence of stupidity - the inability and unwillingness to question the obvious. And it does not stop with the energy story, this stupidity applies across the board.
We are surrounded by morons. What other way is there to put it? Nearly every one of the 8B+ humans on this planet is a fucking MORON.
Madame Fast was recounting a sad tale of how one of her siblings would not allow his 17 year old son to take a bus to visit his grandmother who lives 6 hours away. The father insisted on accompanying the young man in the interest of keeping him safe. Safe from what? He’s not a fucking RE-tard - he won’t get lost. Madame Fast was beside herself because in her opinion this is the sort of thing that breeds dependency.
I went Big Picture on this and said that this is not an isolated case - the vast majority of parents are similarly hovering over their offspring. This behaviour is global so we should assume that the finger prints of the Ministry of Truth are all over it. For some reason they decided it was necessary to convince parents that around every corner lurks a creepy Joe Biden-like pedo intending to perform ‘in and out’ on their child.
Independent thinking has not been a virtue for many years - instead a culture of doing what your are told and listening to the experts and authorities has been intensively promoted. Ultimately there was one goal in mind - to ensure that when the time came, those questioning the Death Shot narrative would be few and far between.
The barnyard and circus animals have been effectively moron-ized. Zombified. All for a very good cause.
This and that….
VANISHING POINTS, ANGLES OF CAPSIZE
There is a vanishing point in art, best illustrated by the way in which railway lines, though physically parallel, converge, through the effect of distance, towards a single point at the horizon.
There is, too, a vanishing angle in naval architecture. Though this is a complicated matter of waterplane areas, transverse metacentric heights and righting couples, its practical meaning is ‘that degree of list beyond which a vessel cannot roll back to the perpendicular’.
The global economy is now at – or, in some cases, beyond – some vanishing points and vanishing angles of its own.
What is the biggest threat facing us today? Nuclear war between India and Pakistan? A conflict between Europe and Russia over Ukraine? Trump’s tariffs wrecking the global economy? Or might it be a somewhat technical issue concerning the “debunked peak oil theory?” Peak oil, you will remember, concerned the inevitable day when humanity’s production of the planet’s finite reserves of oil would reach its high point… after which, production could only decline. Against this, the religion of progress asserts that whenever any commodity is in short supply, the price will rise, leading to investment into new technologies which, in turn, will allow previously inaccessible reserves to be produced. This, surely, was proved correct in the twenty years since the peak of conventional oil production in 2005.
Eddy, if most would know, then what? Would they stop living like there is no tomorrow? Would they stop buying useless things? Or would they start early to kill each other to gather?
Your article about the war In Yugoslavia is still haunting me… No book, no movie ever raised my awareness like that story. Is haunting me and I hope we won’t see those days. But yes, I do prepare for the worse.
It’s much worse, Eddy. 99% of people don’t know what peak oil means. Seriously.
Moronatiy is so deep and pervasive that I’m stunned by it every day anew.
