WHAT do people see in this nut job con man??? I just don’t get the fascination. At all.
And I absolutely don’t feel sorry for anyone who purchased one of his cyborg vehicles, no matter how poorly it turns out to have been made! Besides having a known penchant for bursting into flames, the things are a literal announcement that he intends to help scam humanity into transitioning into a post-human/robot/something or other ugly, dark future. Anybody supporting that because they think Musk’s hideous cyborg on wheels is “cool”, deserves whatever they get, IMO. Play stupid games with predatory carnival barkers, win stupid prizes.
Honestly, I’m not going to be sorry to see his acolytes get offed. It’s always a sad thing to watch people get caught up in cults, especially when things turn fatal. But, seriously, large groups of lemmings following a pied piper are a clear and present danger to the rest of us who have a modicum of rationality about us.
Maybe in the long run, Musk is actually a Darwinian force that will help clear out the massive volumes of devolved zombies too thick to perceive that he’s not what he and the establishment says he is. I’d like to believe the lizard serves some sort of useful purpose. I just wish the rest of us could get on with life, and not have to continually expend energy protecting ourselves from the actions of the low perceptive masses.
